Believe In Tomorrow – Hands On Adventures Program… October 30, 09 at the Thomas & Mack

I was able to witness a special moment in the PBR Press Room.  I saw very ill children place their hand prints on the chaps of PBR Bull Riders.  The Bull Riders will wear the chaps during the evening’s performance, as their show of support for these children.   This happens before each performance during the PBR World Finals.

The PBR is a partner in Believe In Tomorrow’s Hands On Adventures program, and has been since 1998.  This special program allows ill children and their families to attend PBR events, including the PBR World Finals in Las Vegas.  The children and their families also are given a tour behind the chutes, and VIP seating.   Through the PBR, these children have the “opportunity to forget about the past and the present and focus on the future.”  Come with me and witness a miracle.
